The tester needs a copy of the software and a system capable of installing and executing it. Currently this means a Linux or other unix distribution with Python 1.5.2 installed. If the tester is unable to install the email gateway or web CGI capabilities, they may still sign off testing of the unit tests and command-line utilities.
